the report, the violin, and the screening test.
Ah, these past days are fruitful and decisive in my favor. Looks like mom's helping me from above, eh? ^ ^ Thanks mom. owe you one.
First of, is the report in English. It happened last Thursday. A cold, harsh stormy weather visited us. Lightning and thunder came together to scare the life out of my classmates. fortunately for me, whenever i hear lightning, instead of shouting, i said. "YEA!!! YEA BABY YEAH!!!" everyone in the class laughed. Yep. it was meant to boost morale.
And then it came. our turn to report. 30 mins. 'till dismissal.I made the report in my mind so i was a bit insecure about it. But I've been doing it since Grade 6. It hasn't failed me yet. So i went on, and it worked. My classmates were so impressed they even told me I'm already qualified to become a teacher or a professor in some degree. And at last, our teacher was very impressed she offered me a job as a substitute teacher in our class about story selections. I agreed and that's when some of my classmates called me "Sir John Paul." i don't like it. But since it may hurt them, I'll have to let them go this once.
Next is the violin. July 3rd. a day before the 4th of July. (hail, America!)
It was our directress' birthday. And I don't know what the second year had plan for the directress. So i thought of bringing the violin with me and play for her as a surprise. It was meant to be a surprise. And to the last minute, i talked to the organizers and to our principal if i may be included. Fortune smiled upon me. and so i was in. remembering my exercises when I'm having a recital, i calmed myself, be washed away by the music, and play.
And lastly, the screening test for our school paper. it's kinda hard. bur might be rewarding. i don't care if i can't get in. as long as i went there and took it, i know mom is watching over me and is very proud at me. I did this all for mom.
I love you Mommy!!!
